The County of Worcester Archery Association is run by a committee which meets a minimum of six times a year. Meetings may be face-to-face or online.  Committee Officers are volunteers, elected for a one year term by members of Worcestershire affiliated archery clubs at the AGM in November.  Due to the nature of the post, the CCO is recommended to serve three years.

Each affiliated CWAA club is entitled to send two delegates to Committee meetings.
