The County of Worcester Archery Association is run by a committee which meets six times a year at the Rotary House Meeting Room in Droitwich.  Committee Officers are volunteers, elected for a one year term by members of Worcestershire affiliated archery clubs at the AGM in December.  Due to the nature of the post, the CCO is recommended to serve 3 years.

Each affiliated CWAA club is entitled to send two delegates to Committee meetings.
