Each archer must apply separately to their local SportsPartnership for the bursary. The payment (if granted) will be made to your club at the end of the course. It appears that the club must have SportMark for an applicant to qualify. This document is for Hereford & Worcester only. |

You do NOT have to wait for the course to be registered to complete this form, but they will be held here until we have a Course Number. |
