    These events are general coaching events laid on by CWAA/CCO for the benefit of the County. It should be read in conjunction with The Calendar. In the event of a conflict The Calendar is more likely to be correct. Specific Coach Education events are in their own section.

    Longbow day.
    This was requested by several people at the 2011 CCC. The plan is to get a few longbow coaches together and have a day for all CWAA archers interested in longbows (whether they are currently practitioners or just curious).

    Field Shooting day.
    DAS are organising a “Field Challenge” series for 2012. It is intended to have a “dummy run” this November. The coaching content is a session prior to the ‘off’ for an expert to brief coaches (and others?) on the key differences between Target & Field.
